The tee is tucked into the edge of the course with the fairway running alongside of Flenders Farm. Be careful of the out of bounds and ditch also on the right side of the fairway. There is a large fairway bunker on the left which comes into play from the tee. The undulating green has two large bunkers in front and rolls in all directions so  straight putts can be a rarity.
